The defensive backfield worked out early problems that saw the Cowboys giving long pass plays. Over the last six games the opposition has only thrown for 165.8 YPG. Bill Parcells offense is built on running the ball frequently, being tied with Atlanta and Denver with the most attempts per game at 34. Drew Bledsoe directs a passing offense that has him 7th in the league at 7.99 yards per attempt.
