Baseball '06: Opening Day is Sunday!

FREE MLB Opening Day '06 FoxSheet: Cleveland Indians at Chicago White Sox

Your first chance to get a FREE look at everything StatFox has to offer on its FoxSheets is Sunday, as we offer up a special edition FREE Opening Day FoxSheet for the season’s first game between Chicago and Cleveland. The first pitch is scheduled for 8:05 PM ET on ESPN2. Mark Buehrle, the White Sox left-hander, is scheduled to throw that first pitch for the defending World Champions.

This is a very captivating game, as Chicago & Cleveland are expected to be the top contenders in the AL’s Central Division once again. The Indians made a valiant run last season to catch the Sox, but eventually faltered in the season’s final week. They’ve lost some key pitching in the offseason though, and may need to make up for it with their bats. In the other dugout, the nucleus is intact from the championship club, with one major addition, slugger Jim Thome. His arrival in Chicago should put fear into most of the other American League clubs.

The Special Edition FREE Opening Day FoxSheet is sure to be loaded with everything you need to get a jumpstart on the season. If you’re searching for more, look no further than the articles below, as they should be considered a must read for the baseball handicapper.
