76. Weaver faces former college buddy Vargas on Wednesday - 5/18/2011
Jared Weaver is looking to get back on track and lead the Angels over their division foe, the Seattle Mariners. Weaver began the season 6-0 with a 0.99 ERA, but is just 0-3 with a 5.50 ERA since. The Mariners will send Weaver’s former Long Beach State teammate, Jason Vargas to the mound. Vargas has pitched extremely well his past three starts, going 2-0 with a 1.90 ERA.

77. Thunder-Mavs open West Finals Tuesday in Dallas - 5/17/2011
The Western Conference Finals will be a battle between that veteran Mavericks and the young and ambitious Thunder. Oklahoma City finally knocked off the pesky Grizzlies in Game 7 on Sunday with a 105-90 win behind 39 points from Kevin Durant and a triple-double from Russell Westbrook. Dallas is well-rested after completing a sweep of the Lakers. The Mavs are 10-0 ATS in these playoffs.

78. Pineiro tries to stay hot in Oakland - 5/16/2011
Joel Pineiro (2-0, 1.33 ERA) will look to continue his hot start against an Athletics team in which he has dominated in the past. Last year against Oakland, Pineiro went 1-0 with a 1.57 ERA and 0.87 WHIP in three starts. Oakland will send lefty Brett Anderson (2-3, 3.21 ERA) to the mound Monday.

79. Grizzlies-Thunder meet for Game 5 in OKC - 5/11/2011
The Oklahoma City Thunder return home Wednesday to play the resilient Grizzlies in a pivotal Game 5. Memphis needs to keep its spirits up after a heart-breaking 133-123, triple-overtime loss Monday to the Thunder. Oklahoma City was a two-man show in Game 4 with Russell Westbrook scoring 40 points and Kevin Durant adding 35 points and 13 rebounds.

80. Bulls heavily favored to win Game 5 over Atlanta - 5/10/2011
Derrick Rose and the Chicago Bulls look to use their rowdy fans at the United Center to regain the series lead over Atlanta in Game 5. Atlanta forward Josh Smith silenced the critics Sunday, by dropping 23 points and adding 16 rebounds with eight assists. Derrick Rose scored 34 points in Game 4, but shot a woeful 12-of-32 from the floor.

81. Bulls look to even series with Hawks Wednesday - 5/4/2011
The Bulls didn’t look like a team that had the league MVP and the Coach of the Year on their side Monday when they lost 103-95 to the Hawks. Atlanta looks to win again Wednesday night and take a dominant 2-0 lead back to Philips Arena.

82. Grizzlies try for 2-0 series lead over Thunder - 5/3/2011
Oklahoma City looks to get back on track at home against the surging eighth-seeded Grizzlies. Memphis jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the series with an impressive 114-101 road win Sunday. Zach Randolph and Marc Gasol combined for 54 points and 23 rebounds, while Kevin Durant scored 33 in the loss.

83. Chicago favored by 9.5 over Hawks in Game 1 - 5/2/2011
The Hawks look to steal Game 1 at the United Center, but that won’t be easy without their point guard and leader Kirk Hinrich. The former Bulls player will likely miss the series against Chicago with a hamstring strain.

86. Rose tries to lead Chicago to series win over Pacers - 4/26/2011
A sprained ankle is not going to keep Derrick Rose out of Game 5, but the Pacers would love to take him out of the game themselves as they did Saturday with smothering defense. The Bulls are up 3-1 in the series but have won those three games by a combined 15 points. Rose has had a rough past two games, averaging 19.0 PPG, but shooting 25% from the field.

87. Grizzlies try to take 3-1 series lead over Spurs - 4/25/2011
San Antonio tries to escape Memphis with a win in Game 4 Monday night to tie up its first-round series at two games apiece. The Grizzlies came into the series with the Spurs with zero all-time playoff wins. Memphis ended that quickly by winning a thrilling Game 1, 101-98. Six days later the Grizz won their first home playoff game, beating San Antonio 91-88 on Saturday, led by Zach Randolph's 25 points.

88. Knicks-Celtics conclude regular season on Wednesday - 4/13/2011
New York and Boston will see each other in the first round of the playoffs for the first time since 1990. This matchup Wednesday night will be more of an exhibition game with both teams likely to rest starters.

89. Bulls try to win 8th straight vs. Amare-less Knicks - 4/12/2011
The Bulls and Knicks both come into Tuesday’s game riding seven-game win streaks. Chicago has won 19 out of 21 to earn the No. 1 seed, and is one game back of San Antonio for the NBA's best overall record. Amar'e Stoudemire is likely out Thursday to rest a sprained ankle.

Dallas is tied with the Lakers for second place and both teams are one game ahead of Oklahoma City. Houston's Luis Scola (18.3 PPG) and Kyle Lowry (13.5 PPG) sat out Saturday’s 99-78 victory over the Clippers, and both players are doubtful for Monday’s game.

91. Heat try to keep hold of No. 2 seed visiting Atlanta - 4/11/2011
The struggling Hawks welcome the surging Heat for a battle that could decide if Miami has home-court advantage in the second round of the playoffs. The Heat have won 13 out of 16 including a 100-77 blowout win Sunday over Boston. The Hawks have lost four in a row and are in jeopardy of dropping five straight for the first time since Feb. 8-20, 2008.

92. Injuries abound in Knicks-Nets game - 4/8/2011
The red-hot Knicks look to add to their five-game win streak, but may have to do it without Amar’e Stoudemire and Chauncey Billups. The not-so-hot Nets have some major injury problems of their own, as Deron Williams Anthony Morrow and Kris Humphries are all questionable for Friday’s game.

The Blazers clinched a playoff berth earlier in the week and look to win the season series against the hurting Jazz. Portland is 12-6 (SU and ATS) in its past 18 games. Utah broke its season-long, eight-game losing skid with a surprising 86-85 road victory Tuesday against the Lakers.

94. Bulls try to clinch No. 1 seed hosting Boston - 4/7/2011
The red-hot Bulls come into Thursday night looking to exceed all preseason expectations and secure the No. 1 seed in the Eastern Conference when they host the veteran Celtics. Chicago has won four straight games and is 8-1 in its past nine contests.

95. Knicks go for 5th straight win visiting Philadelphia - 4/6/2011
The surging Knicks look to take over the sixth spot from the 76ers and go into the playoffs playing inspired basketball. The San Antonio Spurs come into Tuesday night's game in Atlanta looking to turn their recent luck around and start playing good basketball heading into the playoffs. San Antonio snapped a six-game losing streak on Sunday, beating the Suns 114-97. The Hawks ended a four-game win streak Sunday with a 114-109 loss to the Rockets, but extended their ATS win streak to six games.

97. Bulls try to extend Bobcats losing skid to 6 - 3/9/2011
The red-hot Bulls look for their 11th win in 13 games against the struggling Bobcats who have lost five straight and may be without their leading scorer Stephen Jackson due to his hamstring injury. The Bobcats are only scoring 81.2 PPG during their current five-game losing streak.

98. Heat try to end 4-game skid hosting Portland - 3/8/2011
The surging Trail Blazers are coming into Tuesday night winners of three in a row to face the “crying” Heat who have dropped four straight games. Portland has won 10 of 13 and is coming off a nice 89-85 victory Monday at Orlando. Miami has lost six straight games ATS.

99. Chris Paul will not play Monday at Chicago - 3/7/2011
The Bulls look to win their ninth straight at home against a Hornets team who will be without Chris Paul. The All-Star point guard suffered a concussion in Sunday's game after a collision.

100. Struggling Jazz look for big win in New York - 3/7/2011
The Knicks look to win back-to-back games for the first time since the blockbuster trade that landed Carmelo Anthony in New York, while the Jazz hope to get Tyrone Corbin his third win in 10 games since taking over for Jerry Sloan, when the teams meet Monday night at Madison Square Garden.
