Chelsea looks to push further ahead in the table against Manchester United.

This season has gone far from planned for Chelsea. At eight points above the relegation zone, that should no longer be a possibility for the Blues, but they will need a strong push to contend for a Europa League spot or even a spot in the top half. Belgian goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois will start in net with Branislav Ivanovic, Kurt Zouma, John Terry, and Cesar Azpilicueta in defense. John Obi Mikel has earned back his starting spot under manager Guus Hiddink, and he should start alongside Cesc Fabregas. Willian, Oscar, and Eden Hazard will provide for Diego Costa up top. Spanish international David De Gea will start for Manchester United with Matteo Darmian, Chris Smalling, Daley Blind, and Cameron Borthwich-Jackson protecting his net. Two of Michael Carrick, Marouane Fellaini, and Morgan Schneiderlin will start in defensive midfield, with Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial on the wings. Juan Mata will again start in the number ten spot, and Wayne Rooney will look to continue his fine form up front. With Manchester United playing more attacking football as of late, expect over 2.5 goals to be scored. This game means more for the Red Devils than it does for Chelsea, so expect the visitors to leave with a 3-1 win.
