Browns developing dominant defense

BEREA, Ohio (AP) - With impressive performances the past two weeks, Cleveland's defense is establishing itself as one of the NFL's most dominant units.

On Sunday, the Browns held the Cincinnati Bengals to just two field goals in a 17-6 win and cornerback Joe Haden contained star wide receiver A.J. Green. The previous week, the Browns limited Minnesota running back Adrian Peterson to 88 yards and Cleveland is allowing just 2.9 yards per carry - a league low.

Browns linebacker D'Qwell Jackson said ``no one is going to be able to run on us this year.''

It all starts up front with massive nose tackle Phil Taylor, who may be nasty on the field but insists he's a ``cool guy'' off it. The 6-foot-3, 335-pound Taylor has been drawing double teams, allowing Cleveland's linebackers to run free and make tackles.
