SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (AP) - Central Florida is facing a monumental task in its first BCS bowl.
When the Knights play in the Fiesta Bowl on New Year's Day, they'll be faced with trying to stop Baylor, one of the most prolific offenses in college football history.
The Bears led the nation with 53.3 points per game, eclipsing 70 four times, and averaged 624.5 yards per game, second-most in FBS history and 50 more than any other team this season.
Central Florida did manage to mostly contain Louisville's Teddy Bridgewater and last season played in the pass-happy Conference USA.
Still, none of those teams have the balance of Baylor, which was top-12 nationally in both rushing and passing offense.
