MILWAUKEE BUCKS (8-7)

at NEW ORLEANS HORNETS (4-11)

Tip-off: Monday, 8:05 p.m. ET
Line: Milwaukee -4, Total: 189

Milwaukee heads into New Orleans on Monday night looking its first back-to-back wins since November 12-17.

The Bucks are coming off of a big win over the Celtics on Saturday. They were down 27-11 after the first quarter, but played a stellar rest of the way to win 91-88. Milwaukee may have found its new center in Larry Sanders, who is averaging 14.0 PPG, 14.0 RPG and 7.5 BPG in the past two games. The Bucks have already beaten the Hornets this season, winning 117-113 on Nov. 17. And this time they do not have to face star rookie Anthony Davis, who is still out with a bad ankle. However, New Orleans is 6-1 ATS in the past seven meetings in this series and 19-7 SU when hosting Milwaukee since 1996.

Can the Bucks score a rare win in New Orleans Monday night? For the answer, connect to NBA Best Bets for all the Expert picks throughout the entire 2012-13 season. The experts continue to stay sizzling on NBA Best Bets this week, going a collective 28-14 ATS (67%) in the past seven days with StatFox Gary going 6-1 ATS. For NBA Totals, StatFox Scott is 32-12 (73%) on NBA Totals for the season, while Gary is a perfect 11-0 in Totals in the past nine days, and is 60% (18-12-1) on totals this season. For Best Bets, the experts are a collective 101-86-8 ATS (54%) this year. StatFox Gary leads the way at 65% ATS (17-9-2) Best Bets for the year, as he's currently on a 12-4 ATS run (75%) since Nov. 17. StatFox Scott's 8-4 ATS run puts him at 58% ATS (25-18) Best Bets for the season, while StatFox Brian's 7-3 ATS week puts him at 54% ATS (27-23-3) for the year.

The Bucks are coming off a big win against Boston, but they still need their backcourt of Brandon Jennings and Monta Ellis to step it up in order to climb the Eastern Conference ranks. Jennings, who is averaging 6.5 APG on the year, is averaging only 3.8 APG over the past four games. Also, in those four games, Ellis is shooting just 38% from the field, going 1-of-11 on three-point attempts. Ellis is a career 46% shooter from the field. This duo is very important to the Bucks and as they start to heat up, this Milwaukee team will only become more and more dangerous. SF Ersan Ilyasova responded to Friday's benching by scoring 15 points and grabbing four rebounds in the win over Boston the following night.

The Hornets have dropped nine of their past 10 games, and are no longer playing with the same competitive fire that has been typical under Monty Williams. They have let up over 100 points in eight of these 10 games. Davis’ shot-blocking was very important to this team and without his 2.2 BPG a game, the Hornets haven’t been playing good defense inside. Offensively, the team is still getting a lot out of Ryan Anderson and Greivis Vasquez. Anderson is averaging 19.0 PPG and 8.2 RPG on 44% shooting from three over the past five games. In the same time, Vasquez is averaging 15.8 PPG and 9.0 APG on 53% FG and 47% threes (8-for-17).
