PITTSBURGH (AP) -The Pittsburgh Steelers signed linebacker Andre Frazier to a one-year contract Friday, a week after declining to tender him a contract for $927,000.

Frazier played eight games for the Steelers last season, all on special teams. The former University of Cincinnati player was cut by the Steelers in 2006, when he hooked on with the Bengals for part of the season, and again last year before returning to the Steelers.
