HOUSTON (AP) -Offensive lineman Fred Weary has agreed in principle to a one-year deal to return to the Houston Texans, his agent said Tuesday. Weary started 12 games for Houston last season before breaking his leg in a loss to Tennessee. He is one of five players from Houston's inaugural 2002 season who remains on the roster. ``We're excited for Fred to be back in the fold,'' Pat Dye, Weary's agent, told Houston television station KRIV. Weary has sued two police officers and the city for a 2006 arrest in which he was shot with a Taser gun during a traffic stop. The case, filed in November, is pending.
