Dolphins RB Ronnie Brown injures thumb vs. Jaguars

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) -Miami Dolphins running back Ronnie Brown left Saturday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars with a thumb injury in the first quarter.

Brown appeared to get hurt when he was tackled for a 3-yard loss late in the quarter. The team said his return was questionable.

Brown finished with two carries for 2 yards.

Last season, he was on pace for a career year before he tore a ligament in his right knee.
