Bengals sign CB Trent, 6th-round pick

CINCINNATI (AP) -The Cincinnati Bengals have signed their first player from this year's college draft, defensive back Morgan Trent of Michigan.

The cornerback was the first of the club's two sixth-round selections, and the first of the Bengals' 11 picks overall to sign.

The three-year starter at Michigan played in 48 games and had seven interceptions.

Terms of the contract signed Wednesday were not released.
