ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) -The Atlanta Falcons are without starting fullback Ovie Mughelli and backup running back Jerious Norwood against the Dallas Cowboys.

Mughelli missed his second consecutive game with a calf injury and Norwood was inactive Sunday because of a hip flexor.

The Cowboys had all of their key players active despite 10 players on their injury list during the week.

Receiver Roy Williams (sore ribs) and safety Gerald Sensabaugh (thumb) were back in the starting lineup after missing the last game two weeks ago at Kansas City. Running back Felix Jones was active after missing two games since straining his left knee in the Cowboys' last home game Sept. 28.
