STREAKS, STATS AND NOTES - A Pro Bowl pick in 2007, Cleveland QB Derek Anderson has league-low 40.6 rating that ranks among worst in NFL through seven weeks this decade since replacing Brady Quinn as starter in Week 3. Only Ryan Leaf (34.5 in 2000) and Kerry Collins (37.5 in 2006) have had worse starts this decade, according to STATS LLC. Anderson is 23 of 70 over past three games, giving him lowest completion percentage for QB with at least 70 attempts since Raiders' Steve Beuerlein (31.9) in 1988. His 244 yards passing are fewest for QB with 70 attempts since Chicago's Vince Evans (212) in 1981. ... RB Jamal Lewis, 23rd all-time with 10,387 yards, needs 55 to pass Eddie George (10,441) for 22nd on NFL's all-time rushing list, and 63 to pass Tiki Barber (10,449) for 21st. ... Robbie Gould is 7 for 8 on field goals and has converted 86 percent in career, making him the second-most accurate kicker in league history behind Mike Vanderjagt at 86.5 percent.
