Auburn at LSU (-7.5, 50) 7:30E ESPN2 This is Auburn’s third road game of the season and they will seek better results than the last, a 44-23 beat down at Arkansas. The Tigers offense has been slowed when playing on the road, averaging 24.5 points per game compared to season average of 34.9. The home team has enjoyed the edge in this series, with 8-1 mark and 5-3-1 ATS record. LSU has had an extra week to heal its wounds after Florida loss. Despite winning last two matchups over the Tigers, LSU is 4-9 ATS against Auburn since 1994. The Auburn defense can be had and LSU is 18-3 ATS after a game where 29 total points or less were scored. Temple at Toledo (-2.5, 53.5) 7:00E This is Temple’s third season in the MAC and with a win in this ballgame; they are legitimate contenders for the East Division crown with a 4-0 start. The Owls have taken flight with a steady rushing attack behind freshman RB Bernard Pierce and an offensive line that improves weekly. Temple is 7-0 ATS after playing at home. This is Toledo’s third consecutive home tilt, all against winning teams and their mission is to knock the Owls off their perch. The Rockets have won four straight over Temple (2-2 ATS), whipping them by 23 points per contest. The Rockets are 39-22 ATS in home lined games since 1992.
