MANHATTAN, Kan. (AP) - Kansas State coach Bill Snyder has made sure to remind his team about last season's opener, and the peril that comes with overlooking an opponent. The Wildcats needed a late touchdown pass from Collin Klein to Chris Harper to knock off Eastern Kentucky. They proceeded to win 10 games and go to the Cotton Bowl, but the season might have had a very different outcome had the opener gone a different way. No. 22 Kansas State opens its season Saturday against a similar program in Missouri State, which plays in the Championship Subdivision and won just twice last season. After last year, the Wildcats have no intention of taking the Bears lightly.
