Army opens its season on Saturday night at San Diego State, hoping to avenge last year's loss.

The Aztecs are coming off a season-opening loss at Washington and figure to have their hands full. The Black Knights averaged 346.5 yards rushing in 2011 to lead the nation and their top seven runners are back.

The Aztecs ran for 199 yards and a touchdown last week, while quarterback Ryan Katz completed 10 of 19 for 128 yards and a TD with one interception in the 21-12 loss to the Huskies.

In their meeting last year at Michie Stadium, the Aztecs never trailed and held on for a 23-20 victory. Army quarterback Trent Steelman ran for 157 yards and scored three touchdowns, but the Black Knights were undone by eight fumbles.
