STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) - Two winless teams will try to get their contrasting offenses on track when Navy visits Penn State on Saturday. The Midshipmen (0-1) and their vaunted running game were held in check two weeks ago by Notre Dame in the season-opening loss in Ireland. After a bye, Navy's had two weeks to perfect its triple option for Penn State's strong front seven. The Nittany Lions (0-2) have their own worries with red zone offense and special teams. Coach Bill O'Brien said kicker Sam Ficken has been working hard in practice on technique after missing four field goals in the 17-16 loss at Virginia. Penn State may also have to start its third running back in three weeks if Bill Belton and Derek Day can't go because of injuries.
