TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Oregon State's strange opening month of the season included a hurricane, a bye week and two ranked opponents.
The Beavers kept their focus though it all, beating Nebraska and UCLA to climb up the polls.
It doesn't get any easier this week.
Up next for No. 18 Oregon State is Arizona, which has an up-tempo offense that's tough to defend and something to prove after being run over by Oregon last week.
The Wildcats kept up with the Ducks early last week, but failed to score on six chances inside Oregon's 20-yard line on the way to a 49-0 loss.
The Beavers had their opener with Nicholls State postponed due to a hurricane, but knocked off Wisconsin and UCLA after a bye week.
Oregon State hasn't opened 3-0 since 2003.
