TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) - The Arizona Cardinals have been one of the NFL's worst offenses, unable to run the ball, protect the quarterback or score many points.

At the midpoint of the season, they don't have many options to fix their inadequacies.

Arizona could try to find players to replace the ones it has, but there aren't many good ones left out there. The Cardinals could change schemes, but that might overwhelm the players even more. Sometimes changes in the coaching staff work, sometimes they don't.

For now, Arizona will stand pat with the players and coaches it has and try to get better together.

The Cardinals, who rank 31st in the NFL in total offense and 29th in scoring, face another tough test this week, facing Green Bay at Lambeau Field.
