TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - No. 1 Alabama faces two major challenges this week. The Crimson Tide must come back to earth from their last-minute win against No. 9 LSU and then get ready to host No. 15 Texas A&M and its high-flying offense. Saban said Monday games like the LSU contest ``can bring out either the best in you or the worst in you. It's all your choice.'' He does his part to bring a reality check to players by saying the LSU game was ``by far'' the team's worst defensive performance of the season. The Aggies appear to be the last obstacle between Alabama and the SEC championship game. Alabama needs to beat either Texas A&M or Auburn to win the SEC West and control its destiny in the national title hunt.
