NEW YORK (AP) - Comments on the New York Giants by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses): --- NEW YORK GIANTS (6) Chris Berman (ESPN, 5) - Easy to understand a loss after a very rough week. Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 8) - Eli Manning and his receivers need to get back in sync. Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 10) Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 9) - Ugly performance on offense, not enough for me to drop them out of the top 10, though. Bob Glauber (Newsday, 5) - Eli Manning put up his worst QB rating since the 2008 playoffs as the Giants confront a familiar nemesis: the month of November. They're 13-20 in November games during the Tom Coughlin era. Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 7) - The Giants sit atop the NFC East with a 6-3 record but enter a difficult stretch in the schedule with four of their next six games on the road. The home games are against the Packers and Saints. Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 6) - Anyone who can figure out what's going on with Eli Manning and the passing attack is urged to contact Kevin Gilbride immediately. Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 5) - Yes, they'll win the division by default, but cracks are beginning to show. Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 6) - Last year they went on a four-game losing streak in November which I do not think will happen again this year. They do need to get their linebackers healthy and some receivers not named Cruz have to step up. John Lynch (Fox Sports, 9) - My preseason No. 1's inconsistent play of late has them dropping. I still believe this is a team that will challenge for the Lombardi this season. Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 9) - Since 2008, no defense had limited Eli Manning to 125 passing or less until last Sunday's loss to the Steelers. Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 4) - Sandy and Isaac Redman were a tough 1-2 punch for the Giants. --- Online: http://pro32.ap.org/poll and http://twitter.com/AP-NFL
