NEW YORK (AP) - Comments on the Washington Redskins by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses): --- WASHINGTON REDSKINS (23) Chris Berman (ESPN, 20) - Back to losing at home. Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 21) - The future with RG3 looks promising, but the present still looks bleak. Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 26) Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 25) - Didn't quite get why Shanahan said that they are now in the evaluation phase with regard to next season, that can't help him with the older players. Bob Glauber (Newsday, 20) - Mike Shanahan says he's not throwing in the towel after indicating he'll now look to who belongs with the team in 2013. The fact that the issue is even open to interpretation is the latest sign of how badly things are going in his third year with the Redskins. Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 24) - The Redskins are 5-15 at home in the Mike Shanahan era. Maybe Dan Snyder ought to consider moving his team back to RFK. Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 21) - So what is it: Are the Redskins playing for now ... or later? What's "ludicrous" is that we're even asking this question. Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 20) - Mike Shanahan's postgame remarks won't play well in the locker room. Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 20) - After a fast start RG3 is dealing with defenses that have a plan for him. In the three-game losing streak the Skins are on, RG3 has been sacked eight times. The bye comes at a critical time for this team. John Lynch (Fox Sports, 23) - The Redskins are reeling as their defense doesn't have the horses and RG3 is showing he is human. Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 22) - Whether head coach Mike Shanahan meant it or not with comments made in his pregame news conference, the Redskins are cooked for 2012 after three straight losses.
