PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Philadelphia Eagles right guard Danny Watkins is inactive for the third straight game with an injured ankle. Dennis Kelly will start in his place.

Eagles defensive end Phillip Hunt is inactive for the first time this season and will not play Sunday vs. the Dallas Cowboys.

Cowboys cornerback Mike Jenkins is out after injuring his back at practice last week. Running back DeMarco Murray, safety Matt Johnson, linebacker Dan Connor, guard David Arkin, center Phil Costa and defensive tackle Sean Lissemore also are out for the Cowboys.

Wide receiver Mardy Gilyard, running back Chris Polk, tackle Nate Menkin and defensive end Vinny Curry are inactive for the Eagles.
