ASHBURN, Va. (AP) - The Washington Redskins have been historically bad against rookie quarterbacks.

In fact, they are the only NFL team to lose eight straight against rookie QBs since at least 1950, according to STATS.

Enter Nick Foles, the third-round pick from Arizona who is all but certain to make his first NFL start for the Philadelphia Eagles against the Redskins on Sunday.

The last time the Redskins came out on top was a 24-9 victory over Ryan Fitzpatrick and the St. Louis on Dec. 4, 2005.

Defensive tackle Barry Cofield says complacency is the No. 1 issue when facing a rookie.
