NEW YORK (AP) - Comments on the Cleveland Browns by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

---

CLEVELAND BROWNS (29)

Chris Berman (ESPN, 28) - Keep finding ways to lose.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 25) - You can see this team improving, but coach Pat Shurmur needs wins.

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 28) - This team has lost too many close games, but it's not surprising with so many young players on offense.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 28) - Browns come close in Dallas, but can't finish off the upset. Woulda shoulda coulda - the three words that have come to symbolize the Browns since their return to Cleveland in 1999.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 29) - The 2-8 Browns led in the fourth quarter of each of their last two games against playoff contenders Baltimore and Dallas and wound up losing both times.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 30) - We interrupt this week's coaches' meeting to ask everyone to log everyone on to Realtor.com.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 28) - Once again, Browns fans turn their attention to the NFL draft.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 29) - There is no quit in this team and there were a few calls in the Dallas game that turned a win into a loss. The young players are really starting to play well.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 29) - Cleveland battled hard in Dallas.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 29) - A heartbreaking overtime loss to Dallas guarantees Cleveland its ninth non-winning season in 10 years.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 30) - They are 3-17 over their past 20 games.
