STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) - Senior cornerback Stephon Morris wants his younger Penn State teammates to follow his lead and stick with the program.

He's part of a respected Penn State senior class that's about to play its last game Saturday against Wisconsin (7-4, 4-3 Big Ten) to end an emotional and challenging season.

The Nittany Lions (7-4, 5-2) have had a successful season despite the NCAA sanctions on the program. But there's still uncertainty after this season because an NCAA exception allowing players to transfer because of the sanctions doesn't expire until the 2013 preseason.

Seniors like Morris helped keep most of the team together. And the emotional Morris says he thinks younger players will stay next year, especially teammates in the secondary such as fellow starting cornerback Adrian Amos.
