NEW YORK (AP) - Comments on the San Diego Chargers by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

---

SAN DIEGO CHARGERS (21)

Chris Berman (ESPN, 19) - As tough a loss as it gets.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 17) - Losses that should have been wins - an old story for Norv Turner.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 22)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 20) - Probably too high, but who would you like me to put here instead?

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 24) - This keeps getting more painful by the week. Chargers allow Ray Rice to convert a fourth-and-29 in the fourth quarter, and the Bolts lose in OT. Big changes coming soon in San Diego.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 23) - The Chargers have lost three in a row and six of their last seven for a slow but emphatic fade in the AFC West.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 24) - Last time I checked, Ray Rice was still running through the Chargers' secondary.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 19) - Watch out for those fourth-and-29s, fellas.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 20) - The Chargers simply don't finish games. Norv Turner will take the blame, but sooner or later the players who gave up a fourth-and-29 play should be blamed. Coach Turner doesn't play the game.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 21) - Fourth-and-29 ... really?

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 23) - Give credit to the 2012 Chargers for this - they've taken heartbreaking losses to another level.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 24) - If Norv Turner had a suspicion this was not his year, it has now been confirmed.
