NEW YORK (AP) - Comments on the Miami Dolphins by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses): --- MIAMI DOLPHINS (20) Chris Berman (ESPN, 24) - Played Patriots tough. Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 21) - Finishing second in division is a nice goal for Ryan Tannehill and mates. Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 19) Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 19) - Have lost four of their last five because they haven't been a good finishing team. Bob Glauber (Newsday, 20) - Even after losing to the Pats, Miami still mathematically alive in the playoff race. But chances don't look good, especially with a road game against a 49ers team in bounce-back mode after loss in St. Louis. Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 20) - Rookie Marcus Thigpen is having a superb season as a returner, averaging 28.9 yards with a touchdown on kickoffs and 12.7 yards with another score on punts. Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 22) - Look at it this way, Miami: There's always LeBron and the Heat. Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 20) - Just not enough offense to beat the big boys. Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 20) - Dolphin fans should be optimistic about the future with this defense and rookie QB Ryan Tannehill even though he didn't throw a TD pass against the Patriots. John Lynch (Fox Sports, 20) - The Dolphins had a tough draw facing the Patriots. Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 21) - Ryan Tannehill's roller-coaster rookie season took a downward turn with his erratic passing in last Sunday's 23-16 loss to New England. Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 20) - They have lost four of five and Ryan Tannehill has cooled off. --- Online: http://pro32.ap.org/poll and http://twitter.com/AP-NFL
