NEW YORK (AP) - Comments on the Cleveland Browns by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):

---

CLEVELAND BROWNS (22)

Chris Berman (ESPN, 22) - Watch out they've won three straight.

Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 18) - I'll say it again. Pat Shurmur is making a strong case to keep his job.

Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 24)

Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 20) - Watch out as the Browns have actually won three straight.

Bob Glauber (Newsday, 26) - Progress, yes. Enough to convince Jimmy Haslam to stick with Pat Shurmur? Probably not.

Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 20) - The Browns are no longer playing like a young team, winning their last three games to boost the coaching stock of Pat Shurmur in the eyes of new team owner Jimmy Haslam.

Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 20) - Finally, there's a pulse in Cleveland. Unfortunately, someone forgot to tell the Browns the season started in September.

Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 24) - Since October, the Browns have been no easy mark.

Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 22) - The Browns have been a tough out all year, which is impressive when you consider how many rookies are on the field. They are on a three-game winning streak and have five losses by a touchdown or less. They are 5-3 in their last 8 games.

John Lynch (Fox Sports, 23) - The Browns have won three in a row. That's right, the Browns have won three in a row.

Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 21) - Although the Browns have won three straight games for the first time since late 2009, how Cleveland performs against Washington, Denver and Pittsburgh in the final three weeks will provide a better gauge of how far along the team's rebuilding process truly is.

Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 20) - If the season started three weeks ago, they would be a top five team.
