MIAMI (AP) - The family of a Notre Dame student killed in an accident two years ago while videotaping football practice will be at the BCS title game on Monday night between the Fighting Irish and Alabama.

Declan Sullivan died on Oct. 27, 2010 - falling off a 40-foot lift from which he was taping a Notre Dame practice. He was 20.

The accident came on a day when winds were gusting more than 50 mph, and the school was fined more than $42,000 for safety violations.

But Declan's father, Barry Sullivan of suburban Chicago, says the family never had a desire to sue the school, saying administrators were clearly sorry for their mistakes.
