FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. (AP) - When Todd McClure was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons, the team had just made it to the Super Bowl for the first time.

He figured it would be easy to get back again.

Well, he's still waiting. Fourteen years later.

McClure is the longest-serving member of the Falcons, a center who's always right in the middle of things but rarely gets noticed. He was a big help early on to quarterback Matt Ryan, and he's still the glue that holds the offense together.

On Sunday, McClure gets another shot at the Super Bowl when Atlanta (14-3) hosts the San Francisco 49ers (12-4-1) for the NFC championship. The only other time he got this far was during the 2004 season, when the Falcons finished one win shy of the big game.
