Manchester United welcomes reigning champions Leicester City to Old Trafford.

Manchester United is perhaps the most storied English club, yet it is Leicester City who will enter Old Trafford on Saturday as the reigning Premier League champions. David De Gea will start in net for the Red Devils, with Antonio Valencia and Luke Shaw likely to feature as the outside backs, with two of Chris Smalling, Daley Blind, and Eric Bailly at center back. In midfield, Paul Pogba will almost certainly retain his spot, and he could line up alongside Morgan Schneiderlin, Michael Carrick, or Marouane Fellaini. In attack, Marcus Rashford looks to have earned an opportunity to start, and he will play out wide with Zlatan Ibrahimovic at the striker spot. The other two attacking positions are up for grabs, with Wayne Rooney and Anthony Martial the likeliest to start, though Ander Herrera and Ashley Young will feel they should make manager Jose Mourinho’s lineup. As for Leicester City, Kasper Schmeichel should start at goalkeeper, with Danny Simpson, Robert Huth, Wes Morgan, and Christian Fuchs at the back. Riyad Mahrez, Danny Drinkwater, Daniel Amartey, and Marc Albrighton will play in midfield, with Islam Slimani and Jamie Vardy the striking duo. These two offensively talented sides should combine for over 2.5 goals scored. Manchester United will do just enough to avoid a third straight league game without a win in an exciting 2-1 encounter.
