SEATTLE (AP) - Pete Carroll doesn't believe the Seattle Seahawks will need to make major additions to their roster coming off the first championship in franchise history.
Carroll spoke Wednesday following a parade through downtown Seattle to celebrate the Seahawks' 43-8 win over Denver last Sunday. He said that while they will obviously add players through the draft and take a look at free agency, he's very comfortable moving forward with the roster he has put together.
But free agency could claim a couple of Seattle's top players. Wide receiver Golden Tate and defensive lineman Michael Bennett will both be free agents in the offseason and both expressed their desire to return to Seattle on Wednesday.
